Loading time doesn't affect your driving time, why unloading time should?
There are naive questions, tedious questions, ill-phrased questions, questions put after inadequate self-criticism. But every question is a cry to understand the world. There is no such thing as a dumb question.

It only doesn't take any time to unload with World of Trucks jobs. With a locally generated job, it does advance the time forward when you unload. It doesn't seem possible to make the time advance when unloading a WoTr job. It was reported as a bug when trailer ownership support was first introduced to WoTr, but it hasn't been fixed.

Thanks guys for the info about ATS. I don't own this game, so I didn't know, that all trucks are separate DLC's.

I wish it was variable according to the type of trailer and load (for example, a single 40 feet container should take less time to load on a container trailer than 2x20 feet or than to load a dry box)

the load time depends on what its loaded, every cargo has a defined time per unit loaded that is moved forward

Ok, so it's only on online jobs then. Doesn't surprise me, as online (WoT) jobs doesn't get any love from SCS
