Trailer wears by travelling. If you get into someting (maybe a collision zone not fixed) you will get the damage pop up and. So if you are using the trailer you might get the damage due to the wear.

I'm driving Range T Evolution with Krone Profi trailer in Iberia.
At some time, it will suddenly have trailer damage message pop up.
Even driving on low speed, flat road, not during sharp turn.
Anyone also encounter this issue?

There were the same cases in Iberia, I noticed that I could also catch on the invisible part of something, as well as bumpers and signs, there is a lot of space between the trailer and the bump stop, but it still gets caught

I had the trailer damage pop up when i wasn't even towing a trailer, that was in Iberia. It's only happened once.

So, how can you be sure it was not damaged, you're not near it...

4 out of 4 times the SI (Stupidity Intensifies) drove right into me from a sliplane/acceleration lane to merge onto the main highway instead of waiting (driving slower isnt even in their brains)

Ha! I noticed it too! Too many damn times!

make it 5 out of 5, and the 5th time it was even a police car that did it, somewhere i read SCS "fixed" the AI giving way to you where they shouldnt, apparently now they dont give way at all

And that's why I use no police and no damage. I try to respect the rules, but police and damage feel badly implemented so it's a big no-no for me. This way there's no stress.

Yeah, the AI feels noticeably worse in Iberia (and in the rest of the game too, since 1.40). Even traffic mods that used to work wonders are having lots of issues. Perhaps something was changed at its core?

doubt it was core change, ATS behaves normally, i didnt had this issue when i played it

Noticed it too, crashed on me the first and second time, third time I anticipated and reduced speed by 2,3 km AI entered the highway in front of me and continued accelerating.
From the other side I noticed that when you merge in to the highway going 90km the ai traffic on the highway reduces speed to let you merge
