there is nothing for EA to grab, they would be better off if they would start their own truck game infested with loot crates and microtransaction then to buy one, especially because they would dump it anyway and start from scratch with Frostbite

The rumour mill said it was EA. Not joking.

Knowing Pavel and his philosophy, he wants SCS to grow on its own without any big company owning studio ownership. SCS is on a good path, they are making a lot of money selling both games and DLCs. 2020 was one of the biggest years they've had in sales and active players in both games.

I wouldn't go that far, I'd just put my full focus into farm sim if EA did buy. Only studio I'd probably be fine with if there would be a buyout of scs would be Giants. Seeing as they are company that make simulators, thus wouldn't mess the works up,, unlike how EA would.

That said, I don't think it would happen.

EA could make huge money with ETS2: They will put truck upgrades into loot boxes which all the kids will buy in huge numbers in order to get their beloved 730 HP engine for the Scania S

Speaking about the Scania next generation. Some people want the 770,i will take all the new V8s and the I6 540.
@Tandef people will buy loot boxes wishing to get the Scania 770 HP.But in the end, they will get the Iveco 310 HP and Allison 6-speeds
