I believe it will be supported, but maybe not at launch. I believe that just like Scania Next Generation, the DLC support will come later.

well it might be a bit awhile if that truck happens this year :I Like the 2016 Scania took awhile for the tuning pack to get update for the new one. so it could be awhile or longer.

Whoa guys... SCS just retweeted that, it's not a confirmation of any kind. IF (Big IF) this XF comes, it won't be anytime soon.

Thats what I think. Like I don't really think it can be this year. If it does, it does. But I saying it because we still have other trucks that are not here yet :/

In my opinion, the New DAF will only be announced from the second semester.

Well IMO it doesn’t matter when it comes. It’s just coming, that’s it!

1- If we don't have new trucks yet, it's not because of SCS fault. It's the license thing and SCS can't control that. It will be released when the brand says "OK, Push Live."
2- We don't know how DAF/PACCAR approached SCS. If they did the same way like Western Star 49X, it can be under development right now.

^ When the 49x came out I thought number 2 might be a possibility to also happen with the new DAF, then the T series refresh came and I lost hope, since the new DAF won't come out for a couple more weeks as I think well, we maybe even might get a DAF in ETS2.

^ I don't know why the release of the Range T Evo will affect the development of the new DAF for ETS2. To be honest, the Range T Evo was kinda easy compared to a whole new truck.

In my case, the release of the T meant to me that the new DAF released at the same time in real life can be a reality. The COVID situation and how everything went virtual it's a boost for new trucks coming to ETS2/ATS. And SCS is doing a good job capitalizing this.
