The power is determined by the engine & transmission, not the particular body of a truck.Queentruckeruk wrote: ↑24 Jul 2021 18:35 w900 is great looking truck and most powerful truck in game.

@supersobes well,we got the Western Star 49X...so why not the Volvo VNX?
About the Volvo VNR,i can see it coming.As i said multiple times,i don't see ATS as only for long-haul trucking.

@Queentruckeruk Well thats your opinion. other people here like/love Renault T.
Re: SCS General Discussion Thread
Apart from the VNL I would love to see the VNX and VNR electric in the game. Hopefully in the next few years alternative fuel vehicles should become a thing in the game. Would go really well with a difficult economy.
Since everyone are talking about VNL, let’s ask this: what do you think would be the highest model the game could get? 760 or 860?
And the more I see the truck in the 25 years paintjob, the more desperate I am to see the beauty in the game.

Not liking a truck or brand is fine.But that doesn't mean everyone else does,and that also doesn't mean a brand can't do stuff with the devs.
@harishw8r For sleepers,i'm thinking the 740 and 760.Not that i don't want to see the 860,but yeah.

Re: SCS General Discussion Thread
The 49X is a bit more of a unique truck though. It's very different than the OTR models from Western Star. With the Volvo, I don't see SCS adding it because of how similar it is to the VNL. Most players probably wouldn't even be able to tell the difference between the VNL and VNR. The main difference between the VNL and the VNR is the shorter hood. SCS didn't even add the short hood option on the Freightliner Cascadia. If they didn't do it for Freightliner, I don't see why they would do it for Volvo.
