Austria being a smaller country, the rework will be faster. I'm curious if we'll see this already on 1.42 update.

Well actually not, UK is horrible but avoidable, but the Alpine land is not. I'm so happy about this tbh.

I've been saying from the start that the UK shouldn't be next. I would have preferred Benelux first however, but I guess Austria (and I assume Switzerland) is fine too.

well seeing as Austria is next, which I'm fine with. Guessing next will be Switzerland, then Benelux region, then perhaps the UK rebuild.

It's nice they are working in Austria. Since the Convoy update I am playing with my friend that only have the base game and I am visiting a lot Austria because of that.

I really expected to see the United Kingdom being re-worked next but this is also a good move. Does someone know when was the last post about Heart of Russia?

I am confident that the UK will be the last country to be reworked. Given the big work it will be to rebuild it.

Yeah, I was sorta on the Benelux train myself, but Austria is a solid enough choice. Especially if they plan on doing the Balkans in the near future, because Austria is in the middle of them, Germany, and Italy. Not too far from the Black Sea map, either.

Probably best to do Switzerland afterwards since everything around it's done.

Well, that pretty much confirms what SiSL already teased some weeks ago. Hoping the mountains will improve a lot regarding actual ones, Alps deserve a bit of love and the game needs to have proper high mountainous zones to give variety to the map.

And about UK, since the moment we knew Russia is coming next, we knew also UK isn't going to be the next rebuilt. It has been talked lots of times, I'm with the ones who opine it will come when Ireland arrives in a map DLC. It will be the moment SCS would consider that rebuilt a must in order to keep the game appealing. To pretend to seel a good amount of copies of a DLC that would force people to drive a lot on the most outdated part of the map isn't a good idea after all.
