Re: SCS General Discussion Thread
I feel like ATS needs some more vocational/heavy/severe duty trucks.I would love to have a VNX or 122SD.But hey, that's my opinion, got nothing against people who wants other trucks
Re: SCS General Discussion Thread
I’d give a 50-50 chance to both VNL and 5700XE. One is definitely being worked on for a long time and the other one is asked by many. Personally, I’d need both for my VTC so I’d be happy with any of those two.
ETS2 still needs to catch-up. Would be more excited to see something other than Renault.

I really want to have the new VNL... I think that when it comes to trucks, the VNL it's in the luxury niche just like AMG's, M's and RS's are for cars. It's a bummer that the one we have in-game has such an obsolete modelling quality and etc..

Well, technically an argument could be made that neither Volvo nor Western Star are properly represented yet. Volvo okayed an old model that was more or less feature complete before ATS even launched, and Western Star elbowed itself to the front of the line with a spectacular opportunity that you just cannot say no to, but with a model that isn't really intended for long distance highway work. So while we have both manufacturers in game, we don't have their flagship OTR models.

Yes and no for the niche, really depends on whether it's the Globetrotter version or not

I'm still sticking to the 2nd gen volvo even when they add the 3rd gen. Its just has a kinda ugly front. The 2nd gen has nice design in my opinion and looks quite comfortable in the inside.
Re: SCS General Discussion Thread
@rookie_one Imho, even when you don't have the Globetrotter version, the truck is already quite a luxury. But it might be also my biased opinion due to the fact that i like it a lot.

You are biased.
The 760 is pretty much seen as a standard truck, with the 780 as the premium one, and the Globetrotter version of each being seen as the top of the line

And I’d love to see the mattress in the game model rather than the lounge.

Make it an option,if possible. So people can pick the lounge or bed, depending on what they want.
