Steamdb history shows some good amount of updates.
Also, it’s a tyre DLC so there would be really not a lot to show, so there’s a good chance of getting it today.

I wish Oscar joins the stream today. It’s always a nice feeling to see him the stream, with so much informative stuff and also some behind-the-scenes!

Release date would depend on the state of the DLC.It can be in a working state,but not in a ready state.
If they release it today,fine.If not today,also fine.
This DLC will also provide paintjobs and cabin accessories...if not more.So,there will probably be a lot to show.
