Cannot receive email activation

Hello there.

I'm writing in behalf of somebody else because that person is trying to create an account but cannot receive the activation email. He already tried to resend it several times but never receives it, whether in the inbox, spam/junk folders. This has been since 2 weeks ago and 2 days ago he contacted through email, but at this point he thinks he might not be receiving the email for the same reasons (this never happened with anything else, everything works).

Is it possible to get some help with this?

I was the one with the problems with the login, but it seems somebody fixed it, thanks for that. I didn't receive any email or anything, so in case somebody replied, I have no clue, which is strange considering my email works on everything else.
