Trailer Skin???

My bad but I am new here please don't ban me from asking this question. I really did not understand one of the rules clearly. But the issue is I was wanting to post a trailer skin that I made that has a picture of "The 45th" but steam is kind of strict on that stuff, so I was just curious am I able to post that here or no? :D
