Truck Jumped out from a construction site to the front of me [157952]

So yesterday as I was driving around a random even costruction a truck jumped in front of me, causing me to crash into it, video provided.

Thanks for the video @SirWoofington but without location coordinates it is really hard to replicate this problem.

This happens many times all over the map. Have seen this at least 4 times today all at different locations.

I had the same problem the other day I was going to post my clip. The construction zones seem to be spawning on top of Ai vehicles.

The root cause is this: viewtopic.php?f=280&t=300621, which happens both online and offline randomly. I don't think map coordinates matter.

This is a spawn event issue, not a map specific problem.

Map coordinates always matter, because we can then trigger those random events on the exact location and easily replicate the issue.

The Isuzu truck either spawned inside the event, or drove into it (because colliders weren't initialized or because AI can do that, period), and when I came close, it's physics initialized and it jumped out of the event area and into me. BTW, if you're not going to fix it, the least you could do is add the "SPROING" sound effect to it.

We should have a fix for this internally already, but I believe it hasn't made its way to the Steam builds just yet.
