Blackwall Goodyear Tires Always Show Up as Whitewall Configuration For Other Players [FIXED]

Bug: When choosing non blackwall Goodyear tires, they will show up as whitewall tires for the other players on the server.

Expected Action: When choosing a blackwall Goodyear tire, it should show up as blackwall on the server side for other players.

We've already fixed this, it will be included in a future update of the Open Beta.
