I've noticed this quite a bit lately, I'm a little closer to the line than normal, but I'm still behind it and the trains are stopping and will not proceed until I back my truck up. This is happens at nearly every crossing I've come across, across the entire map.
edit; on second thought, this might not be a bug, I just realized there's a station there. and there might've been on the others as well.

If it's where I think it is, I'm more interested why there's an Amtrak service...

It's at this coordinate location in Santa Fe, New Mexico. I'm pretty sure the train stops because of the station, not the traffic.
