Agriculture Stops Not Completing [KNOWN]

The Agriculture Inspection Stations in California have not been working for me since I have begun using the beta a few days ago. I've tried various stations and they all have not worked.

It will successfully begin the inspection, but never finish it, and after waiting a few minutes I will drive off and then get fined for missing the inspection. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong here or if it's bugged, as the few videos on YouTube seem to be very straight forwards and similar to a Weight Station, but it just takes slightly more time to complete. But I can confirm that the status updates after pressing Enter do not appear on my screen.

I have used mods on this profile before but I disabled all of them for the beta.
