Truck speed issue [NOT A BUG]

Discovered recently that while playing in Convoy mode with a buddy, when we take an external contract, our trucks speed is limited to a max of 65mph regardless of cargo weight. Truck speed is otherwise normal when on a normal freight market job or without a trailer.

Correct, external contracts are speed limited to 65 MPH.

With today's update, all loads in Convoy are limited to 65 mph. This IS an issue.

Windows 10 Pro

Ran in Convoy, limited to 65 mph, dropped out and could run 75+. Joined Convoy and was again limited to 65 mph.
