game stuck on the workshop after i put things on my truck

game stuck on the workshop and doesn't exit from the workshop after i put things on my truck and when i choose to put a plate name on my front window in my truck it is not puting it and it is happend on the mack truck in ATS and showing a stars like it is new on every places on the truck and it is not new on the small circles that you prees to put or change things on the truck. but i was closing my game right now and relaunch the game again and it is saves the things i put on truck and the problam that i had that game stuck on the workshop and doesn't exit from the workshop after i put things on my truck and when i choose to put a plate name on my front window in my truck it is not puting it it is didnt happend for me right now after i relaunch my game.

I am facing the same issue right now on the latest build of ATS 1.41.X : after customizing a truck (cab,engine,interior etc) the UI buttons stops working cant click confirm or go back or any button !
