see on the screenshot, I flew over this place and teleported (CTRL + F9) and goto crashes off the screen

No, try to use Shift + F11, click on Report SCR button and copy the coordinates from bugs.txt in Documents -> ETS2. It should include sector and better coordinates.

I kinda wish that it should have shown more real coordinates with sector instead in this window because it can be confusing.

Still not useful because you didn't copy coordinate from bugs.txt in Documents -> ETS2 that will show sector and more correct coordinates into this topic.
