[Oregon] Parking Lot triggers not working correctly in Portland

At the truck stop north of Portland, the Parking Lot triggers are not working correctly; the trigger areas seem to be ridiculously small in spots. The image shows a place that works, but if I pull into the proper parking space in front, there's no trigger.
