The ATS tries to log into WoT even in offline mode [NOT A BUG]

Earlier i tried to start the game, but when the game tries to sign into WoT it got stuck in the sign in process. Even after three minutes i got no error message. The only way out was to click the "cancel" button. I then tried to access the WoT Website with my browser and had no problems to visit that Website and to log in there.

Then i restarted Steam in offline mode, but even then the game tries to log into WoT (even when i unplugged the network cable to be really offline it does that).

What can i do now?

Remove your id and password from the fields.

Ok, i could do that and what about the problem that the game can't log into the World of Trucks Website? I think without a connection to WoT i can't do jobs from the event and no external jobs.

That is seperate to what was posted here. People have reported it before and it's always turned out to be something with the users machine or Internet Provider.
