What tires are you using on your truck. If the ones at the back are larger than the front ones it can cause this issue.

I believe they are all the same

Hopefully one day SCS will implement air suspension drop, that feature in the game could "fix" your issue here (not being able to pin beacuse of height) or try to raise the landing gear! maybe one day who knows?
