ETS2 cannot load at 3840x2160 on AMD GPUs

Game will crash running ETS2 at 3840x2160 on AMD Radeon GPUs (driver 21.5.2 and earlier (includ WHQL 21.4.1), has been present since 1.40 (as far as I'm aware).
If you launch at lower resolution and then change to higher it won't crash however the game becomes un-usable with major graphical errors/issues.

(By the way, i can no longer launch the game as it shows the above error, no matter if it's DX11/OpenGL or in safe mode or whatever resolution i set in the config.cfg - This is really odd)

Are you using DSR 4x? I think the game doesn't support resolutions higher than 4k, IF so just remove that setting.

I've run mine at 12k before. 3*4k screens.

But that's probably the max.

Log says it's a bit too much, it might be an user error

It's strange as I was running it at 100% scaling on one 4K monitor. I did a lot of troubleshooting to see if I could fix it with no luck, but then it randomly fixed itself. Since then I've no clue.
