Gpu utilization low and Is fine in ats & other games so its not my side

here my game log and mods only on one proflie and new profile is for mp & used when issue happens.

This game is not designed to utilise the capacity of high end machines. In fact quite frequently you'll need to play with unlisted options to try and extract the best performance from your machine.

ets 2 works fine now on 4k 200 scailing Mirrors and ssao i have turn down and get 64 to 89 fps gpu 100 to 99 do not drop.

ats something drop to 79 gpu and back up to 100 gpu on highways. the settings are the same as ets 2.

but i can now drive ets 2 fine now and ats.
