Thanks for thinking with me. I now also turned the slide to zero. Still the same rattling.

Yes, see the 30 secs of video I attached. Clicked "reset to default" several times just to be sure

Have you tried turning off the effects?SCS Blog wrote:Then, if you still have problems try to switch off all of the artificial effects (engine resonance, terrain roughness, bumps, and collisions). If the problem still persists please contact us and follow the problem reporting rules below.

Then it seems to be something the developers still have to figure out. You could create a proper bug report with all the info we gathered to help them.

Re: The LOGITECH steering wheel stopped working properly.
I think I did already, but here it goes again I have created a new bug report at the Bug-section.
The game.log.txt.
-> check
The game.crash.txt* (In the event of a game crash.)
-> not applicable
Map co-ordinates.** (If the bug report pertains to the map or map asset include the co-ordinates.)
-> not applicable
A screenshot with the mini map.
-> screen shots with GHub settings and ingame settings
Description of bug.
-> Applied 'Reset to defaults' on FFB, turned down 'engine vibration' and after a while also turned down all other effects. When stationary (but also when driving), the wheel rattles without any reason
Version of game.
-> Open Beta 1.42 .0.24s (64 bits). No new updates offered by Steam at this point
PC operating system & whether it's 32bit or 64bit.
-> Windows 11 64 bits, 32Gb RAM, 2Tb SSD M2, nVidia RTX 3060
Reproducibility of the bug. (Always, sometimes, or random.)
-> Always

Re: The LOGITECH steering wheel stopped working properly.
Update today 1.42.0.28 solved the rattling for me!
Re: The LOGITECH steering wheel stopped working properly.
In my case it's working differently. I'm using the G920 & Logitech GHub.
I think things have been somewhat improved. I had been suffering from the wheel shake and poor centring, I do see a new or separate feature that reduces the wheel vibrations.
The newer features of FFB are greyed out like in your settings.
I'd really like NUMBERS. I see NUMBERS in advanced settings starting options and recommended limits but I have No numbers to work with, just a slider.
Overall I think it is a little improvement, my wheel is now turning and centring and more naturally and especially in reversing where I've been having to steer all the time.
I've been playing SnowRunner TBH. But I actually blame the arrival of said same SnowRunner for breaking my LogitechG27 wheel for all my other steering games.

Re: The LOGITECH steering wheel stopped working properly.
Well G-Hub is not answer to me, I am still on Windows 7 and G-Hub does not support it so I think I need to get rid of FFB , I don't know what was the idea behind the new FFB system, old was good enough and worked fine. It is very very hard to find good settings when you are running older system like me, and other of us so I need to rethink again if I reverb back to 1.41, never tried the convoy mode, so I would not lose anything untill the Texas expansion comes out. But I will still look if I can get good settings
