Here is the Solution for this Problem.
The Convoy Mode in ETS2 works stable and correct with maxmum 70 Mods.
With too many mods, the multiplayer becomes unstable.
Clean up your mod folders, use only selected mods and, above all, not faulty ones.

In multiplayer / convoy mode, no servers are displayed and can not open any sesen, it immediately comes an error message.

Please provide game logs. We have seen mods that work, but that are technically broken can stop servers from appearing as the game can't validate your mods.

@Lulu377 You've got a number of out-dated mods throwing errors. Try updating all your mods to versions that work with 1.42. (Or remove them if one doesn't exist.)
