In the city of Leipzig, at the entrance to the DAF dealership, it does not open until you stop by for a green marker. This bug has been noticed for a long time, since version 1.41.

The entire purpose of that green marker is for you to interact with the dealer, so it isn't meant to do anything until you do stop at the green market. Doesn't seem like a bug to me.

it is a bug, the dealer will be discovered before you are even near the green marker

Ah, this is about it not being discovered from the road.
I though it was about, as stated in the post, not being opened (which is what the marker is for, to open it).
