Localisation for Bosnia incorrect in English [172711]

The English (GB) localisation for Bosnia (@@bosnia@@) is incorrect. Currently it is "Bosnia Herzegovina" whereas the more common name is "Bosnia and Herzegovina" (or similarly "Bosnia & Herzegovina"). I think this is the same for English (US) too, but not certain. Tested in the latest beta 1.43.0.80s.
