[REL] ProMods v2.68

SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

I just tried installing ProMods 2.55 (both with and without the Middle East addition) and also experienced instant CTD as soon as I tried to load my profile. All components arranged in the specified order and below the various truck and sound mods, no other map mods installed. Removed ProMods and my game resumed loading fine. So it does look as if something is "up" with the current build? Only other thing I can think of is I got mine from the free server rather than the premium, so maybe one of the archives is not extracting or merging quite properly in 7Zip.

I'm running Promods 2.55 just fine, even with a lot of other map mods.

What's your Promods load order? Just incase.

Can you screenshot your mod folder, just the Promods files? I'll compare them with them incase the file sizes are different.

Or post your game log. Have you unchecked one of those checkboxes while creating your ProMods def file?

I’m going to try again later, see if I can fathom it. Maybe up the £0.87 too and download the premium install, just in case I had a damaged file. Will report back...

Promods has file check util on their download site
Did you download the def file in the first step?

Stand down. I am a moron (wife has been telling me that for years). I forgot to drop the def file in the mods folder... :ugeek:

Don't worry too much it is one of the most common mistakes 😁

Good morning, I currently have promods along with a map combo. It happens that in some countries the indications on the plates do not appear, is it happening to anyone else?
