TerraMaps offered to help you with this issue, you just need to join their discord server here: https://discord.com/invite/eEmMJH8nbm, and say that you are the author of JRR in #other-mods channel. They will give you access to their mappers channel so they may also help you with future issues
They are also interested in making future ferry connections with your map, as they are mapping Asia almost in its entirity, and the next version of their map will include Korea.
You could also join ProMods discord channel and ask in #modding-questions channel, they will likely help with any issue that you might ecounter.

Just to let people know it seems that the license plate issue was fixed in a "Merdeka" edition that it was posted on JRR's facebook, here's the official link to it:

Oh, someone (unexpectedly) found the another version of JRR which only posted in FB Page "Blog Pejindo"
Yes it is special version to celebrate "Indonesia Independence Day". But it's only for Indonesian players (so far).

Anyways, I have made new separate fix for LP issue (original JRR map). I figured out that somehow the LP font colour(white) is not supported anymore in newer ETS2 version.
