Forum rules
SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

Do you use any (outdated) graphic mod? Or do you start the game with open gl?

@auriga1001 i created a new profile yesterday for this map mod with only this map mod installed. When i tried adding my usual mods the game crashed (my usual map mods contains realistic brutal weather mod that is up to date) wierdly enough i get a red skybox with only this map mod. Maybe wrong load order? Am i suppossed to use only the 3 files indian has uploaded?

Have in mind this map is standalone, choose hungary.mdb when initiating. And it doesn't support open gl. My load order (from bottom up): 1. base_1.38, 2. model_1.38, 3. def and map_1.38; additionally I use New Textures for Hungary Map 1.0.5 by Jano (it is for 1.37 but works fine in 1.38 too) and Realistic Graphics Mod 5.1 by frkn64
Trafffic mods or traffic density mods might not work properly, because Hungary map has build in traffic.

This amazing map runs smooth. With Jbx mod it looks great.

@auriga1001 works now. installed my usual mods (grapics mod removed the red skybox) and removed cip's traffic mod, no crashes anymore :)

Love the map!!! Great job and thanks to all those involved, appreciate the hard work. I have been using it with JBX graphics but want to try Jano's texture mod, any place it should go in order to work correctly in Mod Manager?

the reasons I don't do a traffic addon for Hungary mod anymore is becuase the def files are constantly updated, more than I manage to drive on this map. I still like the map but pedestrian disapearing and reappearing is not fun for me. this may be a mod conflict at my side in the end, since I don't see anyone speaking about it, but with the locked base I cannot check.
another reason is that traffic density in Hungary map has a different vision than my vision and I would need to change too many files to make it working. as example Hungary map uses expressway density for local roads in order to keep a constant increased density everywhere. I like local roads less filled in order to be able to overtake slow vehicles. although I did it for personal use, some may not like it and would prefer the increased density on local roads as well.
