SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. Hl Everybody!

After several people have indicated that the gate will not open at the WGCC site in Pest North, and since this is a random error that I have already made that affects gameplay, I am now making a HOTFIX available for this correct a problem!

HOTFIX for Hungary_def_140.scs by Indian56 Updated!!!

The Hotfix only contains the file "hungary_def_140.scs", this only needs to be replaced!

I don't know why it doesn't work for you — because you didn't make the log available — but this can only happen if you don't use it for the Hungary map 1.40 update!

Although I didn't mention in the description that Hotfix does not make Hungary Map 1.39 compatible with 1.40, but improves the Hungary Map update 1.40!
Ergo: you need the Hungary Map 1.40 update to use the Hotfix, but you have to replace the "hungary_def.scs" in it with the file of the same name in the Hotfix!

@Loyal4ets2 That is most likely caused by either the "view distance in (m)" setting for that particular object/terrain piece in the editor, it can go from 400-1500 I believe, I use everything on max when I make maps.

Or just the limitation of the game engine/hardcoded to be set at that particular draw distance.

Thanks for keeping this map alive btw.

Hi Everybody!

During the 1.41 beta tests, hopefully all (or most;)) changes were made to the Hungary Map that were necessary for compatibility with the 1.41 update! Since the official release the day before yesterday (16.07.2021), we haven't seen any bugs that have hampered playability or made it impossible — though, we didn't have much time for "official" testing!

It's still just a compatibility update, it doesn't contain any new areas — except that I've connected the "Megyeri" bridge at the north end of the M0 to the road network!

I’m not claiming now that the track is flawless, and if you do run into a problem that you think needs to be reported, don’t hesitate to do so!

you were fast, the promods are not ready yet with version 1.41 :D
