I know the fine etc. isn't RBW, I was more referring to the fact that it's very bright (even before RBW) that it doesn't feel like night time so I simply didn't notice the time I'm not exactly sure at what times I should turn them on / off or which countries require them to be on all the time.

Yes, in the northern part of Europe, its usually bright especially at nights so i believe in conforms with those countries close to the north pole who will experience more daylight than night time.

No problem. I did try doing that with my lights, but I got fined for having them on during the day when I was driving in the UK. lol

Q) Why is 1GB smaller than the previous 2 updates? it's only 1.7GB vs 2.5GB previously. (the RAR file I mean, but the SCS is also much smaller). Can you confirm if this is correct?
