SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

Doesn’t the -noworkshop startup parameter work with the editor? What about -pure?

I didn't know about that paremeter :) It's worth to try :) It for sure will be better than removing subscriptions

Hey,
I have a question regarding the database used to get the distances. How have you created them and may I be allowed to reuse it for another project?

Database is not complete, and most probably will never be. It is created when you loading the game, by scanning job market. Each job has a given distance, and I just remember starting and ending point, distance and ferry lenght. Database grows over time, when you use it. The more you use it, the more connections you have. You can check how many were added during save file load into Speditor, and how many you have already in the error.log file. You can check in readme, there is option to export this DB. I think, you can use it if it has any use for you. But as I said - it's far from covering all connections.

@David Willner You can redownload - I've added map for Iberia. If you want any custom map, you have tool in first pot. Inside, there is readmefile. You can also find link to tutorial on first page.

yes the promods 2.55 is out today and wanted to try myself until they bring out the mapsetPM255se

I will do in some time... But it was released today. I haven't got a chance to get to my computer yet... You can create mapSet using tool. Just basic knowledge of how to start editor is required.

You can create the Map File. Remove all mods from mod folder, excep ProMods 2.55 + ME.

Put this Parameters: -edit -noworkshop

Save the txt map, and use Map Tool.
