Hello, @tobrago, here I have a German version.
Unlike the French version, there is no uniform version and it is not prescribed.
The size and attachment of my version is the same as the French version.
Perhaps you could also include this sticker in your ingenious mod.

The design is prescribed by the Ministry of Transport, the black-yellow-red stickers with a stylised lorry or bus and the imprint "Attention - Angles Morts" must be about 25 cm high and 17 cm wide. They are already available in specialised shops and at petrol stations near the border.

In the case of motor vehicles, the stickers or plates must be affixed on three sides - driver's side, passenger's side and rear - and in the case of combinations additionally on both sides of the trailer or semi-trailer at the level of the kingpin.

The side stickers may not be affixed further than 1 m from the front of the vehicle, the sticker at the rear must be on the right half of the vehicle. The attachment height is also prescribed: between 90 cm and 1.50 m above the ground. Windows, lights or important markings must not be covered. Non-compliance with the new regulation is sanctioned with 135 euros.

Oh, I already said, can have the same dimensions and positions as the French variant.
So far, there are no regulations on this in Germany.
The technical solution of the turn-off assistant is used here. These are mandatory for new vehicles and old vehicles must be retrofitted by 01.07.2022. This actually also applies throughout Europe. Why France is taking an additional route here is beyond me.
But it doesn't do any harm.
