[1.45][plugin] Smooth Interior Camera v2.0

@RoxyQuarry if you installed with installer, then just search in Windows for `Uninstall Smooth Interior Camera`

Or you can just go to ETS2 directory -> bin -> win_x64 and remove `plugins` directory

Have a problem with this.. when i install this my game crashes as soon as i load up. Also there's no error in the log file showing what crashed.
also reinstalled a clean version of the game but still it doesn't work

no sir..literally nothing mentioning a crash/error like it does when the game crashes

First I want to thank you for this tool.

Does anybody else have the problem that "interior look up left" isn´t working for uk-interiors (RHD)?
Other views are working.
Also tried re-installation, but didn´t help.
