T Dashboard 4.0.5 for ETS2 Telemetry Server 4.0.0 [12 Apr 2020]

SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. Updated to work with the ETS2 Telemetry Server 4.0.0. Thanks @mkoch227 for updating the ETS2 Telemetry Server.

Added multiple languages ​​such as German, French, Italian, Polish, Czech, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish and Turkish. #48

4.0.1: Added Dutch and fixed bugs.

4.0.2: Updated to show the correct gears of Optidriver Extended gearbox.

4.0.3: Added Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal). Thanks for the translation by @PauloTNCunha.

4.0.4: Fixed International Trucks logo and added Chinese (China, Hong Kong and Taiwan).

4.0.5: Adjusted the speed limit font for ATS.

Thank you very much for this skin, for me it's the best so far,

I was asking my self is there a way to add the ETA ?, or change an other parameter , Ive try my self but i barely no anything about coding, even with the skin tutorial
