[REL] Daniels ETS2 Random Events

SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.
Posting in the Mods forum (ATS and ETS2) is restricted to sharing free-to-the-public mods and providing support for mods. For more details, please check the Forum Rules.

is it possible to add more warning signs in front of the accident.. I mean more away from the accident. Sometimes I see the accident too late and than I crash too..

Unfortunately i'm going to have to push the making of the roadwork barriers reflective like i have done for the traffic cones back to the next next release. I don't want to delay this next version any more and this is unfortunately going to be more difficult than the traffic cones.
@MrPapaBear as high as possible Personally i have them set to 10 (via the console). I believe the in-game slider only allows 0,1,2 or 3. So my personal recommendation would be 3 but it's up to your personal opinion as to what you like.

@maverick_TIB Is it possible. Yes absolutely possible. My mod already adds vans with flashing arrows both in front of the accident and on the hard shoulder before the accident. The new version will add more VMS signs that should be even easier to see especially at night. Can you give me examples of where you have ended up crashing? The problem with adding more warning signs is that it will increase the size of then event and further restrict where it is able to spawn in the game.

You setting your event slider to 10 reminded me of a quick joke mod I made when random events came out that basically removed all the spawn restrictions of the events (like no bridges, no tunnels, no sharp turns), and lowered the "safe" distance of where they could spawn, so you could have a random event every 200 m. Was truly chaos, but It was fun.

I do not know where exactly I crashed.. but more warning signs would look like more realistic, that was my point by the way, great mod! you are doing a great work
