My opinion, I may be wrong, I am not an expert in company knowledge but:

Transportes Caballería --- I think it can fit better with "Carreras Grupo Logístico"

Horses in the logo (Caballos/Caballeria in Spanish) makes sense with 'Carreras' (Horse=Caballeria racing=carreras)

On the other hand,, the name "Agregados" is practically the same as "dragados", one of the companies in the ACS group (you can also use ACS, it is a very well known company)

Construcciones Elcano, S.L ---- The logo is similar to 'Brico depot', it is not a Spanish company, but it is used a lot here

'Brico Depot' has around 30 stores located in different cities of Spain, it is a chain of stores specialized in DIY and construction (I have not seen the cargoes of the game, I do not know if it can fit with its characteristics)

DarkCaptain has some good points. I thout to that Transportes Caballeria would fit good with Carreras. The Construction Company is actually genius, would be a nice touch.
