Dear Tiger, I thought you should know, that retarder icon do not work on all display pages, but only on first three when you start the engine after you load the save. I don't know is it intended, because you can't do anything about it due to some game limitations, or it's just a bug

It's not intended.Usually I don't whose those tabs so I didn't test that.
