Re: BDF Tandem Truck Pack v137.35 (17 June-20)
@Flemming V
As i compare the lengths of the container boxes, I have notices something - the 1+1, short 1+2 and short 2+2 trailers are around 600mm longer than the 6x and 8x rigid body. At some stage (Not urgent) would it be possible to harmonise the boxes of the truck chassis and trailer for the containers with the long 1+2, 1+3, long 2+2 and the 2+3 being unchanged with regards to their length. then maybe at some stage with the containers possibly a new template for them so we can have BIC codes on the 2 containers, currently they share the back doors so would have the same BIC number on the back doors along with the same volumetric data.
or are these meant to be more like intermodal swap bodies rather than oceanic sea containers???
Also, the containers are missing the twist locks off the chassis of the trailers and the truck, again not urgent but it would be nice to at some stage have them added. (they've been missing since version 1.1)

it adds a range of tandem chassis to all trucks in the game, so you can have tandems AND non tandems in the same garage, at the same time, regardless of brand

I am not sure what you are asking about, but there is a tandem chassis to all trucks in game.Juniorfreddy777 wrote: ↑28 Jul 2020 15:40 @Flemming V is there a possibility in the future to choose what truck you wanna have with this tandem mod?

@Flemming V its think he wants 1 mod for volvo, one for MAN, one for Mercedes etc thinking it turns everything into tandems.
Nope
You can have a mixed fleet. The tandem chassis are fully standalone

Re: BDF Tandem Truck Pack v137.35 (17 June-20)
@FlemmingV Is there a reason why you choose to have the tandem coupling on the truck so far underneath the chassis? I'm not familiar with all real-life trucks, but most rigid truck I see have the coupling much further to the rear of the truck. Using your mod with the supplied (ownable) tandem trailers works just fine, but I have some issues with micro-freezes and stuttering when driving my own trailers. These issues do not occur when driving in-game company (tandem)trailers. So I am using the Ekeri Tandem mod for the trailers, but I cannot use them as they are too close to the back of the rigid truck due to the coupling being so far underneath the chassis. My question is therefore, could you move the coupling more to the back of the chassis, or perhaps add an optional feature to have trucks with couplings more to the back?
Keep up the good work!

@gesture1968 it all have been mentioned several times from page 1 ...up til... guess it will be said even more times...
YES, there are different kind of trucks, this is one of them and it works perfectly as designed
your gaming experience might be needing some additional changes to improve framerates ...
