niepa wrote:@tbar: You need to open 50k-accessory.sii file and add this line in there, suitable_for[]: "mirrorslots"

You see the right side slot when you turn your truck.
Works great now. Thanks! Had to spin it almost 180 to see the other slot. :)

How to get 50k's super logo and leds etc installed on the upper grill? Yes, I have added multiple lines to 50k_addons.scs\def\vehicle\addon_hookups\50k-accessories.sii, but still doesn't work.

Now it is like this but still wont allow installing super logo or lights on the upper grill

@Scania man, what load order do you have the SUPER mod(the mod that adds the logo) in?

I checked and you have all the same suitable_for[] i use, so they should work. The only thing i can think of that could make it not work, is the load order in modmanager.

Most likely you have another mod with addon_hookup_storage.sii file, which overwrites the one from 50k addons. ;)

You know if you use remoled even in its current state the 50k addons are in it . Just put it below RJL in the mod order . I renamed and tweaked all the defs specifically to stop this from happening Theres also flipped versions of the super logo and emblems there as well for use on MG parts etc .

Here are H-shifter patterns for 8-, 9-, and 14-speed gearboxes. Now H-shifter users should be able to use them properly in game.
http://www.mediafire.com/file/at8aedwld ... tterns.zip
Download link is also in the first post below main download link (in the Misc-folder).

Code: Select all

THESE ARE NOT MODS, these are shift patterns for Scania gearboxes, ONLY FOR H-SHIFTER USERS!

The path to ETS2 profiles folder is usually something like that:
C:\Users\Yourname\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\profiles

To convert profile folder names to text, use this tool (or something else like that):
http://codebeautify.org/hex-string-converter

REMEMBER TO BACKUP YOUR PROFILES FIRST! I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU BREAK AND LOSE YOUR PROFILES BY DOING SOMETHING WRONG!

Installation:
1. Go to your ETS2 profiles folder and select your profile (profile folder names are something like 53435320536F667477617265).
2. There you should see a file called "gearbox_range.sii". This is the file you need to replace with new one.
3. Choose which gearbox you want to use. For example, if you want use 8-speed gearbox, go to "8-speed" folder (included in this package).
4. In the 8-speed folder, select the gearbox_range.sii and copy it to your profile folder, where the original gearbox_range.sii file was located.
5. During copying, Windows should ask what you want to do because "There is already a file with the same name in this location". Select "Copy and Replace".
6. Now it should be done. Launch the game and you should be ready to go with 8-speed pattern (check that in ETS2 controller settings).
7. If you switch to another gearbox in game (for example 14-speed), close the game and repeat the previous steps 1-6 with another shift pattern.
I'm a retired modder. Do not expect anything new from me.
