I have little to no idea about the log file, but I was able to find some warnings about the mirrors.
I also saw something else strange. I took pictures.
I think you can see what I mean right away.

By the way, was tested in a test profile, there was only a second test object in it, the Magirus from Ventyres.

I've had others test it, and they all said they didn't encounter this issue. Maybe try downloading the new one I have uploaded on my own topic, which is now just 'one' mod. I will take a look again at the files to see if anything's wrong. Thanks for the feedback, it helps!

This seems to be your issue. I am so clueless as to how you got this since I nor many others don't get this issue. As I said before, try downloading the new mod from my topic.

So, I have tested the new version. The mirror arms are now visible again, but with the Paint2+Antenna version the yellow light is still there, which should actually only appear with the LED models. As before, it can only be seen from the inside, but not from the outside.
I have attached the log and screenshots again.

And don't worry, I have patience. Troubleshooting is sometimes like looking for a needle in a haystack.
