I assume he refers to the issue with the anti virus.
I must say also my up-to-date windows defender blocks the downloads and also doesn't allow to open the files from both hosts.
Not that it is impossible to open it anyway, that is why I don't complain about anything. Just it might confuse some users on the first glance...

After Downloading, when i click to open it it it gives error message and refuses to open it and that moment the anti virus program shows up on the right below,
when i try again it gives same error and the file i downloaded dissapears (so cleaned by anti virus program that detects as virus)
note: and i tried now again, to take a screenshot of the problem how intresting nothing happened this time, the file is opened, i'm scared now whats going on?

Which antivirus do you use?
Last time when I installed an antivirus was 5 or 6 years ago... antivirus creates more problems than it solves, I only use the Windows Defender and it never detected anything from sharemods.

@Sogard3 well i didn't really installed specialy one, i think its the one that came together with Windows 7.
It's the Microsoft Security Essentials such of a basic program i guess no idea when last night i tried the mod, when i checked the program i saw that he detected virusses..

I repacked the mod with 7-Zip archive (just in case). You can try luck with 7-Zip (see the first post).

the last atleast 10versions of the game pretty destroyed everything for the modding world if i should say it, BTW and stil looking forward for those engines and the battery option
