Can someone tell me why the 4x2 chassis (and low deck) are bugged?

For *Fluffy Bunny* sake, at first you need to wait 1.40, no point to update mods to beta versions.

Every modders will update their mods, be patient...(details are not even out on how to convert the models...)

@Sgt.Kanyo Truck from your picture is not mine Volvo FH 2009 classic. It is other FH 2009 mod.

Some progress with custom flares in Volvo 2012 mod.

You're right I think I was using Schumi's Volvo.
Does your mod have a low deck variant?
I've seen the "low" chassis, but the bumpers don't have the low deck version or the fuel tanks.

EDIT:
Also noticed there's no "high" paint front bumper:
