I checked with myself. I tried it with different cabins, and with a sun visor like in your screenshot. My FPS changed by no more than 1-2 frames. But this may be due to other factors as well.
FPS can be influenced not only by external lighting equipment, but also by some interior accessory or even some interior detail (upholstery, seats, etc.). Therefore, either I need to know the complete configuration of your truck or you need to purchase another truck with a completely different interior configuration.

Unfortunately, such errors need to be investigated, anything can be confusing. I have about 40 mods in the game and I have nothing wrong with the truck.

to check - raise all the addons of my mod for daf to the very top of the mod manager.
