When will be updated to 1.40?

when Eugene has rebuilt the flares and lights, this is not a simple task - he has to remodel them so could be a week, could be a month. The dashboard, headlights, tail lights, side lights, signals etc all need to be totally reworked as well as the mirrors have to be rebuilt in Blender so you can actually use them at night

Uhm?? Head, side and taillights itself work well, just P and G have weird flares and too dark dash gauges, but can be adapted from S and R (which work flawless) i think.
I have no problems with mirrors either.

You are wrong, Eugene mod uses Scania SCS flares and dashboard all work properly thete are not issues with this mod just change manifiest to 1.40 and enjoy
