it shouldn't be like that, something is messing with the GPS ...make sure you have all mods up-to-date ... and latest game ..or the modversions for the gameversion you are on

I have the same GPS too bright problem. When i adjust interior lights' brightness, it doesn't affect GPS brightness at all. I'm stuck with this annoying ultra bright GPS.

got that issue back when I added a new mod the other day, so something is messing with that file causing this behavior...
I re-arranged some mods in the mod manager and got it back to normal again....

on modded profile so haven't tested this truck on its own ....

Any ideal what is causing this? The GPS screen is too bright.

Edit: It seems that the GPS screen brightness doesn't change with dashboard brightness setting.

Edit 2: After some investigations, it seems that accessories are not affected by dashboard light setting, so the only way to turn down the brightness of the GPS screen is to change the mat value.
