SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. It's a pleasure, just trying to tackle this glass reflection. I have the Mercedes MP3 glass in Blender since this is the one that effects the SISU, but both of them show "ext" when I need the "int" reflection.
This is what's getting me. There is no interior_reflection.tga, In material/environment folders there are "generic_s, generic_t" etc. I'm a bit confused by all these.

@Digital X Try to find glass.tobj or glass_int.tobj. They usually lays in the "vehicle/truck/share" folder and tweak them.
The biggest stupidities are done with serious faces.

tobj's only reference a texture, it's the automat files that hold the values.
I've made a little bit of progress in reducing the interior glare, by increasing the tint value a little. It's more of a bandaid fix than anything but here's some comparison taking at 10:30 on a "nice" weather preset for reference.
I did try making an entire new material in Blender using the values provided by Dotec but my windows just had a full on dark reflection. There were more files and folders that got exported than I wanted.

@Digital X LOL you tell me?! I know that very well. Just tough you were messing with dds files. Try to use values from game defaults and enter these values and see how they works:

specular : { 1 , 1 , 1 }
tint : { 0.933107 , 0.933107 , 0.933107 }

Now I've got one truck I am working on updated for 1.42 for ATS, I am focusing my time on this truck & the Mercedes that comes along with it.
There shouldn't be much left to do on this one. Then I can tackle the Mercedes.

Quick update on these.
Both have engine & interior sounds.
Both show up in the Mod Dealer and can be purchased just fine.
All the mirrors are fixed.
Will try and tweak the SISU's glass a bit more then notify Mr Capital when I send the files over for inspection.
We shouldn't be too far off releasing this if I get the go ahead.

I haven't forgotten about this, apologies for it being a while. Once I get the update out for the 1632 NG I will focus my attention back on this truck.
Regarding sounds I will give it default MP3 sounds for now, only problem is the Actros is going to have the same unless I use the other sound banks.
