The short version of the painted bumper uses the same texture as the part between the cab and the grille for some reason,

What am i doing wrong when making my skin? Ive only previously made skins for vanilla scs trucks

You have changed only the main template of truck body, but in the mod folder You have some other templates of truck parts. It is needed to change them or change the colour of dds at least.
