@Trucker3 you dont need to download the openpipe sound seperatly. Its included in the mod itself already. I guess its an old DL path which isnt up to date anymore. Futhermore i recomend you to use Dotecs mods from the Steam workshop.

Its default. On the right side of the steering wheel on the windscreen. But you have to use all Addon`s which are made by Dotec aswell. You can find them all in the Steam work shop.
