How can I reverse the turntable trailer myself?
go to your profile directory, open the config file (EuroTruckSimulator2/Profiles/yourprofile/config.cfg)
In the file you have to change the "uset g_simple_parking_doubles from "1" to "0".

Alternatively, you can shorten the whole thing and if you have activated the “Console” in the game, just enter “g_simple_parking_doubles” to “0”.

@bekoliko I am sorry, I checked it again and it is not really possible because I would have to adapt too many things to other's mod def files. Madster / Gloover have to implement it by their own, it's difficult to maintain "addons" for other's modification truck mods, because those mods change each version.
for example the roof deflectors: They have to be different in the swap body carrier chassis variant, so I would have to over-write some configs of Gloovers / Madsters mod (so that they aren't visible with the swap body chassis) and that is a very difficult thing to maintain cause def files can change each version.
I saw some Madster Addons (it is possible, of course, but not when you have to maintain three mods and new content for them), so if someone has a Madster/Gloover Addon, he/she might contact me, maybe I can add the download link on my mod page as a kind of "beta version".
Another problem with Madsters truck is that I do not own it...

the DHL logos are placed uneven.
left side lower , right higher ... the logo at the back is slightly off center ...

Hi,
I suppose you’d like to make your own. Because I haven’t found any yet.
You actually have in the mod file a “Custom-Skin” for both types of swap bridges.
If you have a little skill, you can make your own skin.

That’s not enough. What I can do are the existing skins “to change” but that’s not the point
of the thing.
